腰肌劳损的治疗方法 治疗偏方与民间验方

1.疾病综述

腰肌劳损是一种常见的腰部疾病,是指腰部肌肉,筋膜与韧带软组织慢性损伤。临床主要表现以腰痛为主,检查脊柱外形一般正常,仰俯活动多无障碍,腰肌或筋膜劳损时,骶棘肌外、髂骨嵴后部或骶骨后面腰背肌上点处有压痛,棘上或棘间韧带劳损时,压痛点多在棘突上或棘突间。主要症状为腰或腰骶部疼痛,反复发作,疼痛可随气候变化或劳累程度而变化,时轻时重,缠绵不愈。腰部可有广泛压痛,脊椎活动多无异常。急性发作时,各种症状均明显加重,并可有肌肉痉挛,脊椎侧弯和功能活动受限。

(4)桑叶芝麻粳米粥治疗腰肌劳损
